Your good doesn't sound too calorific, a bit unhealthy maybe but not a lot of calories xx

Hopefully it is okay then, just need to up my vegetables tomorrow =)
 
Okay peeps, there are 21 days left in November...

I am thinking if i stick to low cal meals and hit my five a day with limited snacks, exercise a few days a week and try to keep my steps above 12,000 a day then i could lose three pounds by December which would take me to nearly 11 st.

So I am setting myself that challenge, 21 days of being as good as possible to see how far i can get =)

I like a challenge - helps spur me on! I start the clean 9 detox tomorrow - if that doesn't work and get me into the 8s nothing will!!

Yes I did, I am 11st 3.6lbs again this week so STS but am really pleased as I have had fish and chips, crisps and chips so can't complain :) the hardest bit is trying to avoid the costa hot chocolate today, not sure I will manage as I always get one after physio :(

I might allow it as I plan to do a deep clean when I get back which always burns lots of calories and might just have soup for lunch then, we will see :)
 
So today I have walked to physio and got some new exercises, I went food shopping and carried it home, got back about 1 and have been cleaning and sorting since, only just sat down, feeling tired now x

Food diary 1 of 21-

Lunch - beef mince with onion and gravy and sunshine vegetables

Dinner - 1 chicken sausage with carrot and swede mash

Snacks - Costa hot chocolate, mini crunchie x2 and chicken.

Still have 200 calories left to play with :)

I walked 8000 steps today plus all the cleaning, feel like today was a good day x

And do you make your own mince and onion i love a bowl of that but really struggle to count the calories in mince!

We got them from our local market, he specialises in them so does all different flavours with chicken but have to say me and the bf prefer pork and apple ones from Sainsbury's, not sure many could beat them tbh lol x

I make my own, yesterday I cooked 500g of mince put 300g in bf cottage pie and then split the rest in two bowls, had it with a bag of frozen sunshine mix and it was yummy, I use MFP to work it out :)

Feeling rubbish today, the mom and dad have a stomach bug so both stayed in bed this morning while I got the boys ready, I have walked to the library to read stories with the little one but he has fallen asleep, bless him, hoping he wakes up for our swimming class :)

I have just eaten an apple and grape bag, chicken and a bag of hula hoops, have taken some paracetamol hoping that I can get through the day as I feel bleargh, also hoping I don't get the families sickness bug :/
