Bit bored!

I don't want to get into an argument over this, I'd just hate to see peoples diet be derailed by good intentions. I appreciate that people do what they have to in order to get through what is one of the toughest diets around, but it's better to make choices with all the info than wonder what went wrong and not know how to fix it. Its just my opinion, not a judgement. If people chose not to follow the plan completely that's their individual choice, but I won't be told off for being one of the people who actually cares enough to try and be helpful.

Have a look on the lighter life forum at their Lighter Life Light sticky, that has recipe ideas too. Not sure how useful it'll be but it's just a thought.

At the weekend I had chicken allowance, 40g lettuce& 40g cabbage (pickled).

I used 2/3 tsp of the juice from the cabbage for my lettuce.
I also sprinkled Dunn river mild curry powder on my chicken and grilled, was LOVELY. Next night I done the same but with chilli powder.

I did prep my chicken maybe 2hrs before hand!
