Bit confused about working out and propoints

I only started WW today, but normally I workout for 2 hours on the treadmill 5x a week and burn between 1300 and 1500 cals on average each workout.
This workout equates to 26 propoints according to their website.
Their website stated that you don't *have* to use up your active points, but if I burn so much cals with my workout surely I will eat too little with only 29 propoints?
So should I use my weekly extra's and/or active points or is it ok to just stick to the 29 propoints?
Or workout less, or a combination of both?
I know starvation mode doesn't kick in right away but I don't want to set myself up for disappointment :p
