Bit of a dopey question....

Its probably been asked or answered somewhere but I can't find it.

So you alternate the days. But with there being 7 days in a week do you have

3 UP and 4 DD

OR

3 DD and 4 UD

hopefully someone can answer Thankyou. Xxx
 
Not dopey at all. :) Either :) You can do alternate UD and DD or you can have Mon, Wed, Frid as DD and Tues, Thurs, Sat, Sun as UD. Or any pattern. All I would be wary of is double DD - they seem to slow loss for many. xx
 
Thankyou for your reply. Im thinking of starting today.... Today being an up day obviously as Ive already had a good amount of food today.
