Tea/coffee do count. Remember that both contain caffeine which will dehydrate you. If you are a big tea/coffee drinker, perhaps consider drinking a little more water to compensate.

Ive always been confused by that coz it says on the info LT give you that you must drink 2 litres of water min per day and as much tea and coffee as you want. Its terribly confusing. Id definitely try get at least 1.5 from spring water/tap thou coz its better for you.

I drink about 4 cups of green tea/peppermint tea every day, i don't count it in my water intake, i make sure i have at least 2.5ltr of filter water as well as.
