I lost an amazing 4.5 lbs this week It's amazing for me anyway but I was half a pound away from my stone award. I'll definitely get it next week, I'm so chuffed!!

Thats a fantastic loss, well done. I know how you feel though - I was 0.5lb off getting into the next stone bracket so even though I was pleased to lose 2.5, it would have been nice to have got the 3. Keep up the hard work
