for breakfast!! YUM!
Choc pack made into a muffin
100g summer fruits (frozen, but defrosted overnight)
100g Greek Yog with a little Splenda to sweeten.
Blend half the fruit with half the yog.
Put muffin in bowl.
Mix the half fruit/half yog with the remaining fruit
Pour over muffin
Pour rest of Yog on top.
ABSOLUTE HEAVEN!!!!
