I feel your pain!!

I've had ladies week this week. I am unsure if this had some bearing on my tiny weight loss and my lapse!!

Just stay strong. Drink some water, wrap up warm and get a hot water bottle for some comfort!!

It won't last forever - that is the only sure thing about ladies week!!

Thanks girls see why is it only us that has this evil time of month, I totally crave carbs when I'm on chips, bread, pizza, crisps, chocolate, cake well anything and everything really lol. Still feeling crap, didn't slip up so feeling ok about WI tonight.
