See, I look at it like this.
You never see a thread saying, 'help, I've eaten all of my HE a's and b's, what shall I do?' ;) lol

To be fair, we do often see threads asking if one has over indulged in free foods!

Syns are just as much part of the plan, just as the free food is and the HE's.....use them!! ;)

Dont panic because you are following the plan!

think you're being a bit hard on yourself tbh, the plan is a huge learning curve, at least you're counting your syns, and as everyone has said they're there to be used

you'll soon learn what you want to spend syns on and what you'd rather not, and what you can swap and save syns on
eg extra light mayo 1/2 syn tbsp - light mayo 2 syns tbsp

if its your first day cut yourself a bit of slack hun x

It's easier said than done, but you should try not to associate food with guilt. I think all slimmers suffer from this problem, me included. It's an uphill struggle trying to detach food and emotion and that's why SW allows up to 15 syns a day so that we can eat treats and enjoy them, guilt free.

Some days I use them all, and other days I don't.
I could have 4 left by dinner time, and use them on a sauce or something. Or I could have 9 left after dinner, which I will use on a treat :D
