    :wave_cry: yesterday my diet went out the window, i dread to think how many points i had :eek:

    i think im going to keep a diary on here from tomorrow to keep me on track so any comments on it would be appreciated.

    i bought myself a pedometer th other day too so i can start walking again and earn me some bounus points for when i need a treat ;)

    thanks karion, ive allready planned my food for tomorrow and wrote it down so no going back there ;)

    A diary is a brilliant idea :) (We're all dead nosey on here lol)

    I find mine really theraputic at times and its great already reading back and seeing how I am changing both mentally and physically.

    Draw a line under yesterday, tomorrow is a new day :)

    Well since thursday i've had 30 points :eek: aalthough have earnt 9 bonus for exercise!

    todays been quite good, only had 16.5 points so far but might have a few vodkas later on tonight to finish the weekend off and then start adresh tomorrow :rolleyes:
