Ok so today is day 8 of refeed for me. I had a good meal plan in place, which I have stuck to, and I thought I was doing pretty well.
At lunch I had Covent Garden Soup Co "Souper Green" (which is basically a load of green veggies chucked in a blender with mint) and a small wholemeal roll. Tonight I had pasta for the fist time - well actually it was an Asda Kids pasta made from Oats and Wheat which I figured would be a better choice as oats are low GI carb (gotta be better than white pasta right) a veggie pasta sauce and quorn mince.
So - now just 3 hours later my tummy has gone from being flat to looking like I have a little baby bump (I'm definitely not pg - its just the easiest way to describe it) and the scales have shot up 2 lb. weighed out the pasta to exactly 4 oz so I know it isn't down to over indulgence. Feelling a bit deflated that I have inflated so easily when I thought I was doing so well !
