Bloated on Green Days any advice

If I do 1 green day I feel very bloated & windy, it kind of puts me off doing Green days.

If I stick at it and do a couple of green days in a row will my tummy sort itself out?

I find that I don't have this on Red days, should i forget about green & just do red?

I'm not sure about EE because I do it alone and am afraid of messing it up.

Any advice or does anyone else get the same thing?

I do ee so never had this problem but if I eat too much bread I get bloated and peppermint tea helps me so maybe try drinking some peppermint tea see if that helps and if you don't like the tea buy some capsules from health shop.

I always find this when Im on a Green Day, so to just add some variety to the week, I only have the 1 Green Day and the rest Red. Even the EE plan doesnt work for me because of the bloating and the carbs...it works for some people, but not others unfortunately!
