Bloated!!!!!!

It depends very much on what you've been eating
 
Fruit and veg can make you a little 'windy'. I am a long time sufferer of gastritis (due, no doubt to the rubbish food I have been eating!) and anything with lots of fibre would make my stomach bloat. I find if I feel bloated, usually its gas and I would go for a brisk walk and drink lots of water to help it 'go on its natural way' ;)
