    I'm bloating so bad its unreal! I feel like I haven't lost a thing :(

    Currently I'm having more or less the same every day;

    Diet 7up/diet redbull and water ... I should cut out the fizzies.

    Orange, apple,carrots and cucumber muller lights, brown bread sandwich with HEXA slice of cheese and ham

    I'm already bloated when I get home and then I have a curry or spag bol (all syn free) so it can't be the carbs in that as I'm already bloated.

    Does fruit and veg like carrots and cucumber make you bloat?

    It doesn't hurt, but i'm not as 'flat' as I was in the morning :(

    Any ideas of bloat fighting food

    Thank you ! What would you suggest for a HEX B so? I'd assume bran flakes and porridge would have the same effect :/

    I always feel bloated when I eat bread since I've been doing slimming world ! Same with pasta potato to ! X

    If you like it, try green or peppermint tea for bloating. It really helps and gets your metabolism moving too so win win x
