Just wondering how many people find they get bloated when first on SW?

Now that im back on it, and experiencing this, i recall it happening last time. Im sure it will pass, as the extra fruit/veg im eating has more fibre.

in the meantime any tips? warm water with lemon/peppermint tea etc?

Been doing the plan from books i have at home and rejoining class tonight, however it seems ive put weight on since starting so i seriously hope its just due to this 'situation'!

try using wholemeal pasta instead of white pasta, brown rice instead of white etc etc Also replace some normal potatoes with sweet. I found this helped with my bloating LOADS.
I was feeling this way a few days ago and it seems to have gone a bit now, although i was off plan last night so think it will probly come back sharpish! :(
