Blondies diary :)

Starting my forth week of doing sw at home and thought doing a diary may help me keep on track, previous times I have done sw at home this is the point I start to quit and I don't want to do that this time!

Weight loss so far :

Week 1 ~ 5lb loss
Week 2 ~ 1/2 loss
Week 3 ~ 1lb loss

My initial target was to lose 20lb to reach ten stone then see if I want to lose anymore from there :)

So 6 1/2 down 13 1/2 to go

Today's diary :

Breakfast:

Scrambled egg made with two eggs and splash of skimmed milk from hexa
Banana and some grapes

Lunch:

Ham with salad of iceberg lettuce, red onion, cherry tomatoes, beet root and grated carrot
Strawberry muller light

Dinner:

Gammon steak with sw chips and roasted peppers
Sw pancakes with sliced banana

Snacks:
Grapes
2 alpen light bars hexb
Pink and white wafer 2 1/2 syns
Fun size milky bar 3/12 syns

Drinks:
Diet coke
3 cups of tea with hexa skim milk

And just about to start 45 mins of Zumba on the wii :)

Grapes and Apples

Breakfast:

2 Alpen Light Bars (HEXB)
Banana

Lunch:

Syn Free Tomato and Red Pepper Soup
LF Lidl Cheese (HEXA)
Wholemeal Pitta (HEXB)
Toffee Mullerlite mmmm

Snacks:

Tea made using skimmed milk (HEXA)
Pink and White Wafer (2 1/2 Syns)
Grapes
Apple
Pomegrante Seeds
Highlights Hot Choc (2 syns)

Dinner:

Steamed Cod with mixed herbs
Green Beans, Sweetcorn and Butter Beans
SW Pancake with sweetner

Going for 1 1/2 Mile power walk later with the reebok toning (magic) trainers on!!
 
Wednesday Red Day!

Feeling very peckish today but might b to do with all the walking last night, managed just under 2 miles :D

Got Night School tonight so no excercise but may try and squeeze in some wii hula hoop!

Breakfast:

Banana & Grapes

Lunch:
Chicken in wholemeal pitta (HEXB)
Mullerlite
Apple
Pink and White Wafer (2 1/2 Syns)

Snack:
Pomegranete Seeds

Roast Chicken Breast (Frylite)
Butter Beans
Sweetcorn
Green Beans
Mullerlite

Thursday

Breakfast :

Banana and grapes
Muller lite

Lunch :

Tomato and red pepper soup
Lidl low fat cheese (4 syns)
Whole meal pitta (hexb)

Tea with skimmed milk (hexa)

Dinner :

Ham, poached egg and sw chips
Muller lite

Milky way fun size (2 1/2 syns)

Exercise wii hula hoop and 20 mins wii Zumba :)


Got 2 teeny weeny ounces to lose to b in next stone zone!!
