I'm stuck.

Stuck hovering between 15st 6 and 15st 8

I need to exercise but I've been running and it is making no difference. I think it is finally time to consider the gym again.

Any advice for someone stuck in their weight loss? I need motivation and a shove in the right direction.

I've been contacting personal trainers! I must be desperate! What can we do to kick start our diets? Week long juice fast/detox? Run 10 miles a week?

Would that even help?

ive decided to drop my calories for a week to 1300, and see what happens by Friday x

i could do with some tips as well - i weigh the same now as i did on new years day - bloody fed up
