Sooo it's day uumm....6 of my restart and all seems to be going well.

I have decided to not have weekly weigh ins as I think this is why I 'fail' Coz if I have a bad weeks loss I start eating food to make myself feel better (total emotional/comfort eater here!)
So I am just going to weigh myself every 4 weeks so my 1st weigh in will be January 2nd.

I am sooooooo hoping that I will be in a size 18 by my birthday next year (it's in may) Years ago I brought an outfit, just trousers and a top, in a size 18 and still haven't managed to shrink into them yet!
When I finally do I might put up some progress pics, I dunno yet though!
