Hi my bmi is currently 24 , and im on total solutions, I know I shouldnt be on this one but am on day two now, and really wanna stick wiv it. Anyones thoughts on this? I just wanna loose the weight fast I kust dont know if I will loose any weight as I havent got much to loose in first place thought plZ !! Be a big help thank u xxx
