Oh I've just put my weight loss into a spreadsheet tracker thing that I have and its just told me that my BMI has dropped under 40, which is fantastic. Ok, so I still have a deadly BMI but its below 40 now which means I'm just a teansy weansy little bit less at risk.

Next target to get it below 35.

    Oh I'm chuffed with that.

Thats fantastic, well done you. It's a big achievement. I started at 34 something and it's not long now until i will just be merely overweight instead of obese. I bet you'll fly through the 30's and will be in the 20's before you know it.

Well done. You will find that it drops quite steadily once under 40 for some reasons. Mine took a sudden slump between 39 and 36 for some reason.

Well done again, keep it up. You'll be at target in no time.
