    How do i work out my BMI?
    At what level do i have to stop SS?

    I think you have to stop SS at BMI 25, can a CDC confirm please?

    yea u have to work up through the plans once u get to bmi of 25 hun

    and yes, move on the stabilisation steps now. SS isnt to be used beyond a BMI of 25....
