I'm just back from my weigh in. I lost 3.5lbs!I'm very happy I'm on maintenance and was pretty bummed last week i put on 2lbs but now that i'm in a healthy bmi i'm delighted Gotta treat myself to a new pairs of jeans soon mine are all gone baggy!
