Body Ache

My body generally aches at the moment. Happened the last time I was on LT but wasn't sure why. Water intake is fine and having all my shakes. This will sound bizarre, but I feel like my body is rebelling.

And this morning blow drying my hair my arms felt like they were gonna fall off Weird 
