body brushing - dry skin brushing question

if you don't mind me asking, do you body brush?
is a short or long handle better???

and if you do, do you think it makes any difference to your weightloss/figure/skin??

Also do you have any tips for a newbie body brusher??

I only do it to remove dead skin occasionally
