Hi all. So i'm sticking to the 15 syns a day and under dealie every day. Some days i'll have very little and others, I may use all 15. I average around 11 though. I've started running to train for a mini marathon. I'm running about 4-5 times a week at 20-30 mins a time. What is the story with body magic? Do you get extra syns or what? Even when I was in group last year, my consultant was quite cagey about what it meant. Same goes for flexible syns. How many are you actually allowed? I'd love to have a few beers this weekend but I always seem to feel guilty when I do because I don't know how many extra syns I can have from flexible syns or body magic. I never eat extra syns just because I ran. But cumulatively, could I have a few beers this weekend now due to leftover syns, flexible (what the hell are they??) syns and leftover syns? Thanks.
