Body Magic while Injured

I have over-used the muscle in my foot and damaged the soft tissue and been told by the dr to rest it as much as possible for 4-6 weeks so my walking/zumba/wii fit etc are all out.

Thing is I am 6 weeks into my Gold Body Magic Award - what can I do to carry on with this while I'm injured?
 
how about a mat based pilates workout one where it is all done on the floor shouldn't put too much stress on your foot
 
That's a great idea, I can have a look on youtube for some pilates videos. I'm going to try and swim once a week too which will be good and hopefully help me start toning too
