body water readings?

I've been on Attack 5 days and lost 7lb which is amazing as I've not a great deal to lose. I have a set of Salter MiBody scales which measure water, fat, muscle composition. These are my readings (taken as soon as i wake up in the morning)

Monday- starting measurements
32.4 % fat
49.5% water
31.9% muscle

Tuesday
32.1 % fat
49.7% water
32% muscle

Wednesday
31.8 % fat
49.9% water
32% muscle

Thursday (no change)
31.8 % fat
49.9% water
32% muscle

Friday
31.5 % fat
50.1% water
32.1% muscle

Saturday
31.3 % fat
50.3% water
32.1% muscle

the trend seems to be fat loss but water gain? I'm confused because Dr Dukan says a lot of starting weight lost will be water but i seem to be gaining it?

Hubster says it's probably because my body fat is liquifying and is being read as water?
