bolognese recipe please

Hi does any one have a decent bolognese recipe, the ones I have tried so far have not been very tasty, and I dont want to use a jar.

If you buy the spag bol oxo cubes there is a decent base recipe on the box i add diced carrots and mushrooms and its lovely.

I found that adding a tsp or two of some sweetner to the tomato base makes a huge difference to the sauce. I tend to make bolognese when I have made the super speed soup. I then blitz the soup down and use this to pack in some more veg into the dish ( My son is a super fussy eater...he has no idea he's getting all that extra veg, lol).
