Hiya everyone this is my first day on the wwpp and I havent even got my pack yet!!

I need a little help with my snacking habit of bombay mix.
How bad is it?
I buy Julian Graves (I believe is part of holland and barrett)
250g bags of Royal Delhi Mix
Which has the usual bombay mix contents but also includes Coconut and rasins.

I dont have a caculator yet or book so can you help me with how to work out how many point for half a bag 100g ish

info on back is:
per 100g
12.6g Protein
38.6g Carbs of which 4.3g is sugars
7.6G Fat
7.6 Fibre
Sodium 0.758g

Hoping I recieve my book 2moro and I can work this out.

I do eat all the usual rubbish but this is my fav snack as I can sit and nibble on this in the evening watching tv lol
