Did you buy the mousse powder with your order £4.99, as only 2tsp mixed in the shake really thickens it up I have 1 every morning like this with my milk allowance. It seems to fill me up for the morning and don't have my 2nd shake till 1pm. My weigh-in is on Monday so fingers crossed x x

No i didn,t buy any this time but will next time i do find adding ice thickens them, I have my mik in tea can,t go without my cuppa lol hard enough need my tea!!

Ello all

Grrrr why do I always want to eat when I'm stressed out????
Was so stressed last night. did I eat? ....did I eckerslike omg how did I manage not to?
Determination...wow that is something I haven't had for a long time.

I didn't eat at the same time I didn't drink much grrrr woke with blinding headache.
I must drink mimiumum of 1 ltr of water before I have a shake this morning....there I've set myself a mini challenge

Onwards and downwards those scales are going.
