Am disappointed but not surprised after ALL the grub have eaten this week. (plus have enjoyed every mouthful) :):drool:

Plan for week two is to stick with it and have more variety and not so many carbs. :D:D:D.

If dont loose next week will have a super sulk. :badmood:

Don't worry about having a small loss in the first week, (any loss is great) most of the people in my group had small losses in the first week then really good ones in the second, my leader says it just takes a while for your body to know what you are doing

your body has to adjust. we have had people in our class who have put on in their first week, that must be well bad.

good luck for next week and drink plenty of water

Some people just take a while to get started and then they're off and away! 1/2 lb is fantastic- you could have weighed even more this week if you hadn't joined!
