Hi all....well I came across this site whilst I should have been working so thought I'd give it a go....

I am re-joining SW tomorrow night so will fill in the rest of my profile when I've been given the bad news at the weigh in lol...I pretty much know where I am at the moment anyway (which is needing to lose about 7 stone - eeeeeeeeeek) as I joined a gym earlier this month and had my assessment done there. I've never been a big fan of exercise - I am the girl who faked a note from her mum to get out of PE! Having said that, I got a really good instructor when I joined who has done me a programme I enjoy and I'm actually really getting into it. I've lost about half a stone since starting it 3 weeks ago and have continued to eat what I like...so, its time to get serious (I really don't normally do serious!) and sort out the eating and hopefully see some proper results....

Anyway its nice to be here, looking forward to getting to know you all and have a great week :)

:eek:WOW! i have a fear of seeing myself when i exercise, good for you for getting stuck in!!!

Cant wait to hear about your weight loss, its never too late to start and SW is so motivating. I can now see me reaching my target weight for my prom after losing 20lb's in just under 7 weeks!!! ;)
