Does anyone know the syns for Boots Pesto Pasta Salad - it's one of the few vegetarian options in their Meal Deal range, had to grab it for lunch yesterday as there was no Shapers Egg Mayo sandwiches left! :D

Thanks. :)

Not on the SW website it seems (searched for both pasta and pesto). Do you still have the packet or the nutritional information?

Sorry!

No, packaging went in the bin at work, unfortunately. I do remember looking at the cal count though, I think it was 420? Which is a lot of syns, but I'm assuming because it's basically pasta and a bit of salad it won't be so high. Any syns will be for the pesto dressing and the handful of pinenuts in it.

Well, pesto is:

Sacla Classic Pesto, jar 1 level tbsp

[IMG] Original 3½ Syns [IMG] Green 3½ Syns

and

Nuts, pine 1 level tbsp

[IMG] Original 5 Syns [IMG] Green 5 Syns

So that might help!

i had this the other day and i think i worked it out to be really high in syns :/
like extremely high.
but then i thought i could deduct syns for the pasta as that would be free on green
but the dressing they used on it must of been really high in syns!
