lots and lots of speed foods and dont worry about it, i did the same thing over new year and still lost 3.5lb usually if you have been good up to weekend then afterwards you still get a smallish loss

Depends how much you had! Drink lots of water too as alcohol is dehydrating.

PS Unfortunately I don't think alcohol is a healthy extra ;) :)
