Boredom eating......?

The very best thing to do is some exercise! If I'm 'peckish' and not due a healthy snack I will have a hot drink as it will stop the craving for a while. If I'm just bored I try to go for a walk or find something to do, if I must pick at something I choose little fruit such as berries or grapes. It's a hard one, the devil does indeed make work for idle hands so best to keep busy!

Ohhh deary me...! I would go for a walk but we have some serious weather issues here at the moment! I've had a pear....? Then I had my lunch which I'm trying to work out the points value for......

Sainsburys deep and loaded large ham
And pineapple pizza - 2 slices (from last night)

They don't put any nutritional info on them

Booooll :'(

I often have this problem, mainly if i'm home alone.
If you find something to distract your mind you will be ok, sometimes i even go for a shower as you cant eat in there!! Over time your will power will increase
