Boredom eating......?

Hidy hi all!!

Just curious.....what do you all do to stop the dreaded "boredom eating"? I'm doing okay today - had a bowl of fruit and a 1pp yoghurt for Brekkie with a cuppa, however -I'm sat on the couch trying not to raid the fridge,freezer,cupboards ect ect ect. Help! Haha xxx

The very best thing to do is some exercise! If I'm 'peckish' and not due a healthy snack I will have a hot drink as it will stop the craving for a while. If I'm just bored I try to go for a walk or find something to do, if I must pick at something I choose little fruit such as berries or grapes. It's a hard one, the devil does indeed make work for idle hands so best to keep busy!

Ohhh deary me...! I would go for a walk but we have some serious weather issues here at the moment! I've had a pear....? Then I had my lunch which I'm trying to work out the points value for......

Sainsburys deep and loaded large ham
And pineapple pizza - 2 slices (from last night)

They don't put any nutritional info on them

Booooll :'(

I agree with the girls snack on fruit and try going for a walk..

I often have this problem, mainly if i'm home alone.
If you find something to distract your mind you will be ok, sometimes i even go for a shower as you cant eat in there!! Over time your will power will increase

Not too sure about that. Those fruity skin products and shampoos smell quite tasty! ;) :p
