just got back from my WI lost another pound, better than i thought especially with me being away this weekend, gonna try super hard this next week and join the gym at college on monday

just back from my friends house, ended up not drinking wine as i had a headache and just drank sugar free red bull, for no points however i did have a bowl of smash and gravy..

last night i ended up having a slice of thick white toast [1.5 points] and a tablespoon of nutella [1.5 points]. OMG it was amazing

total points for yday = 17.5/27

jut had my tea, was very nice.. chicken caserole but i didn't ave any chicken as i'm not a big meat eater

haven't updated this since monday, but was on track on tuesday with lots of points to spare, weigh in yesterday and only lost half a pound, kinda expected more tbh so a bit disheartened. My leader suggested i do fast track for a week and only have 18 points, but i've only been having around that anyway, so i don't know what to do :sigh:

because i was in a bit of a depression last night after i weighed in i went out for my tea and had pizza, some curly fries and 2 onion rings and fat coke. regretting that a bit now, but as they say.. today is a new start..

Today so far i have had

30g branflakes [1.5 points]
1/4 pint of SS milk [1 point]

gonna do a bit of an exercise DVD now and then have some lunch..

Currently amount of points had 2.5 points
 
i normally have between 15 and 24 my normal allowance is 27 which i really struggle to get up to :confused:

i'm getting good at eating all my points, ate them all yesterday! however if i put weight on i will not be impressed, gotta stay positive though i guess!

had a well good day yesterday, probably not weight loss wise but it was my friends birthday and we went out, had a bit of a house party first, tried to resist the buffet but ended up having a couple of things, did better than i normally would but still was over my points :( i had 2.5 saved from the other day but don't think i'll eat much today..

cheers hun, not confident about this weeks WI as i've been away for the weekend and haven't had the best of food, living on take aways, but had some exercise and i'm gonna be super good until wednesday and go gym tomorrow to try and counteract all the badness :)

it does indeed work :) haven't ate this much in ages, think having breakfast has helped kick start on me again
