After being let down by Tesco last week I decided to do my big shop at Asda today where I finally got my stash of Boullion, oh my one word......YUM! X

Hi Chelly, you don't sound thick to me, I have been on and off this forum since Aug 2009 and I found out what it was when I requested help to find a soup substitute.
Anyway it is a very low-cal and low carb cup-a soup substitute, which I presume is allowed in moderation,especially if it prevents us coming off the rails completely.
I couldn't find it in my Tesco, but plenty of it in the gravy aisle in Asda, I couldn't believe how nice it is, oh and as advised on here I got the reduced salt version.

It`s lush! I got mine from Tesco but can`t remember what isle it was. It might have been in "my isle" = The Gluten Free stuff.

How many cups are we allowed? Only 1? I`m on 1000 plan x

No idea how many cups we allowed on any other the plans, I just know it helped me resist a stress-busting Friday night drink, so I see it as a damage limitation food x
