I will succeed!!!
My sister had a mini-trampolines going spare before she moved to Australia, and I took it in like a good samaritan. But it's not been used yet!
I swear that playing on my niece and nephew's trampoline at their house is helping me maintain a steady weight loss (because one of those weeks was not a good food week - trust me!).
So, I thought I'd see how the mini-one fares.
Reviews online sing their praises and say they're really effective at losing weight and toning, but fitness sites seem to vary a lot in what they say they can burn (calories seems to be how most of them work).
Some say my weight and height = 600 calories in half and hour and others say 126 in same time.
I'm more swayed to the lower end figure as it seems too good to be true to shift that many calories boucning in front of the TV right?
I'm not fussed at whether it's a good calorie burner or not, just wanted to know if it's worth spending time on or whether doing a DVD or going for a jog is better use of time?
Thanks xxx
EDIT: I don't plan on 30 minutes - that's just the time the calculators gave me! And I will be using it with other stuff, like the DVDs, I meant was it worth doing less of this and more DVDs or jogging (if they're not much cop).
Sorry - wasn't very clear x
