I looked online, and in 50g of bisto gravy there's only something like 13 calories. So i was just wondering would be this ok to have? Really not wanting any meat today, just brocoli/cabbage with a little gravy?
Gravy may contain corn flour or cornstarch - and possibly even sugar or glucose etc. the calories aren't really the issue. How many grammes of carbs are in a serving? - cos you don't want to kick yourself out of keto (easier on SS+, because the broccoli also contains carbs).
