me, my sister and my mum all take turns in doing a boxing day buffet for the family, this year it is my turn!! I am having Christmas Day off plan but want to get straight back into it as one excusse will lead to another with me!!! So I am doing lots of jackets, done in the oven so nice and crispy and I am going to have lots of syn free fillings to choose from; low fat cottage cheese, beans, bolognase, chilly, tuna mixed with onion and salad. Lots of salad and syn free dips with celery and carrots!!! so if there is any room after that I could use my syns on a few quality street (not sure if they are 2 or 3 syns each, does anyone know??) Everyone at my buffet will be eating so healthy without even knowing ha ha ha!!
