Branston Tomato & Red Pepper Relish

Hi Everyone

I am at work and stupidly forgot to bring my books out with me.

Ive got some Branston Tomato & Red Pepper relish to zing up my salad but havent got a clue what the syns are?

Does anyone know the syns value please?

I was going to use the 20cal rule but as it tomato based (you get lovely chopped tomatoes in it) I wasnt sure whether this would be discounted.
