    Slimming World - Extra Easy
    Anyone got any ideas on how I can get rid of my current craving for bread?! All day it's just been there in my head......I'm ready to cave!! HELP!!!!! :cry:

    Aw hun your on week 3!!! You have done amazing!! Do you really need that bread... are u hungry do u need a shake? Drink lots of water.

    Its all in your head, your head is now testing you and trying to will you to eat like a little devil on your shoulder! IF you eat the bread... how will you feel? How will it affect your loss? Will it mean another week trying to get back in ketosis? ..........is it worth it? You know what bread tastes like, wont be long u will be the weight u wanna be and you can have bread again hun :) Be strong your doing amazing hun!!! I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT xxxx
