Bread Buns

Hi all,
Does anyone know if there are any bread buns I can have as a healthy extra B? I am on EE.

According to my book, you can have one 57g Tesco healthy living wholemeal oatbran roll as a Hex B.

You can have 57gm of wholemeal bread as a HEB - most brown rolls are around the 57g mark, but do check if in doubt.

i iwsh the bread buns at my local sandwich shop were 57g the sandwiches are amazing but im guessing theyre more on the 150g mark... and theyre also white...

maybe i should stick to jacket potatoes

Surely the bread itself doesn't weigh as much as 150g?
Remember if you can choose brown bread you can deduct 6 syns if using as a HE xx
