Hi

We waste so much bread in our house because there is only 2 of us and Hubbie is hit and miss as to when he eats it, for some time I have thought now about getting a breadmaker - but can anyone please advise how I work out the PP for the bread made in it?

thanks in advance

If u put the ingredients up and weights someone on esource can use the recipe builder to determine propoints per portion. Not sure of another way to know

exactly as lrafferty said; you gotta manually count how much flour etc that you use, add it together and divide by however many slices

Though beware if you use a breadmaker, because it has no additives or preservatives it goes stale a LOT faster. If you don't eat a lot of it you have to cut it and freeze it.

But its also great because you can experiment with different types - cheese and onion bread is nommers :3

Thank you both, so basically I'd have to make it, weigh it and point it and then weigh a slice?
