    Hi all just a few things going round in my mind. ive been calorie counting for almost 4 weeks and the results have been good so far.
    gonna post my food for one day see if anyone thinks its good or bad.

    Breakfast: 2 slices of granary toast (no butter) with marmite. 210 calories.

    lunch:
    4 slices of granary bread (no butter)lettuce tomato cucmber 1tbls very light salad cream. 565 calories.

    Dinner: 1 fillet of poached fish, 50g couscous, roasted red pepper,2 mushrooms(baked). 375 calories

    Snacks: tesco lc pretzels (94)
    1 apple (85)
    ww mango yoghurt (44)
    tesco lc cheese & onion puffs (75)

    Total calorie intake for the day:1448.
    Should of been 1750 cals but wasn`t hungry after what i had eaten, but most days i do eat the 1750.
