I ate my willpower!
We had a discussion about bread at our meeting. If you weigh 2 slices of bread from a big loaf and 2 slices from a small loaf, there is only a tiny difference in the weight. A lot of my group have 2 slices from a large loaf and have no problem with weightloss!

I have 2 slices from a large loaf when I have bread - dont eat a lot of bread now tho....



Just follow the plan
I always have 2 slices of a normal loaf too. Only use it for something on toast though, otherwise I have Ryvita.
