It's what I have mostly, so easy - no weighing and measuring, quite cheap too! I try and vary it a bit with banana, blueberries, strawberries or whatever else i have in the house. Yummy without milk and natural yoghurt on instead.
Still can't beat cornflakes with ice cold milk..... these tend to be a treat if we ever go away anywhere!!
I love crunchy bran too! I can eat it on it's own as a nibble in the evening. Funnily enough I love all bran (has to be Kellogs tho) BUT I leave it to soak in milk overnight and it makes a wholemeal porrige which depending on my mood I have either cold, or heat it in the microwave, and have a banana or other fruit with it.
