breakfast/exercise advice please :D

    Is it best to eat-exercise-shower or exercise-shower-eat?
    I'm going to get up earlier on a morning and do a dance DVD, just a little confused over the whole eating before exercise thing. Thanks in advance :) Charli X

    Ooh, I'm interested in this answer too! My exercise dvd says not to exercise after eating but if you don't eat first are you at risk of fainting?
    I wonder if something small like an alpen light might be the answer?

    I suggest eat an apple or a piece of fruit with lots of water do your dance dvd, eat your breakfast then shower:D. An hour after exercising your body still burns cals which is why they say eat after exercise. Hope this helps. I am no doctor though but this is what i no other people do.

    sounds good to me thanks! My exercise plan won't last but I may as well stick to it whilst I'm keen :) x

    If I have a banana before I do my exercise DVD I'm like a spring chicken! But if I'm hungry I just thump around the livingroom like a sack of spuds!

    cup of coffee with 2 sugars to boost your blood sugar level while you exercise ( to stop the possible fainting ), then eat after..

    I have 1 ryvita with a laughing cow triangle and a big glass of water before any exercise.
