Does anyone have any ideas for breakfast? I'm not a big fan of fruit but I've been told that I need to try and have a little bit of fruit with my breakfast. Can anyone suggest anything? Thanks.
I usually have fat free yoghurt, flavoured or plain, mixed through with fresh fruit. It's refreshing and leaves your Healthy Extras to use later in the day.
i hate fruit! Cant eat it at all, so i usually have scrambled egg on wholemeal toast or an omelette stuffed with lots of superfree salad bits and ham etc. Yummy and you can pack lots of SF foods in!x
