Breakfast - low fat sausage

Morning all am thinking of having bacon, eggs, beans and low fat sausage for breakfast tomorrow but do I have to sin the sausage....my brain has gone to mush lol

Yep you syn sauages....My personal preference is Tesco's lighter choices Cumberland Sausages at 1 syn each.....totally delicious

Damn! I just bought some expensive 97 percent pork sausages thinking they would be the lowest in syns, and just worked them out to be 4 1/2 syns each!

Oh good.. I have some of the Cumberland sausages (light) from Tesco. Packaging makes them look rather tasteless....

Will have to try them out tomorrow morning.

No the WW ones are not free - they are half a syn each
